Dillo Reports

Privacy Policy

Dillo Reports is designed to work without a DilloApps account or mandatory cloud service. Your projects, photos, notes, and generated reports are stored in app-managed storage on your device unless you choose to share or export them.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Information DilloApps collects

The current Dillo Reports app does not send your project content, photos, notes, reports, or analytics to DilloApps. DilloApps does not operate an account service, analytics backend, or cloud storage service for the current version of the app.

The app’s current privacy manifest declares no collected data and no tracking.

Data stored on your device

Depending on how you use Dillo Reports, local app data may include:

  • Project and report details.
  • Photos you capture or import for reports.
  • Captions, notes, categories, and optional location details.
  • Markup, redacted copies, and client sign-off information.
  • Generated PDFs, CSV exports, and related local file references.

Copies you deliberately save to Files or another destination are managed by that destination rather than by Dillo Reports.

Camera, Photos, and Location access

Camera
Used when you choose to capture photos for a report.
Photos
The system photo picker is used when you choose existing photos to import.
Location
Used to add optional GPS coordinates or address context when you grant permission. Location access is not required to create a report.

Sharing and exporting

Content leaves the local Dillo Reports workflow when you deliberately share or export it through an iOS destination, such as Files, Mail, or another app you choose. That destination has its own data and privacy practices, which DilloApps does not control.

Purchases

Dillo Reports Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. DilloApps does not need to receive your payment card details to process the in-app purchase.

Cloud and AI

The current version does not provide DilloApps cloud sync, and report creation does not upload your field photos to an AI service. If those data practices materially change in a future version, this policy will be updated.

Data deletion and retention

You can remove photos and projects using the controls provided in Dillo Reports. Removing the app may remove locally stored app data, subject to iOS backup and restore behavior.

Because Dillo Reports does not currently provide a DilloApps cloud backup service, keep exported copies of reports you need to retain.

Website

The current DilloApps website does not use advertising trackers, account login, contact forms, or client-side analytics.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Dillo Reports or its data practices change. The date above shows when the published policy was last revised.
